Lucy Robertson, Director

Lucy is an experienced researcher who works primarily in the social care and housing fields, and with a particular interest and understanding of the needs of vulnerable groups.  She heads Craigforth's work in these particular areas, as well as leading on work related to customer complaints.  She has front line and consultancy experience in the development of local housing , homelessness, and supporting people strategies.
